What is Corporate Care with Recovery Mobile Clinic

Through onsite Vivitrol injections and substance use disorder services, Recovery Mobile Clinic allows employees to access evidence-based treatment without leaving work, reducing absenteeism and turnover while strengthening workplace reliability.
There is no cost to the employer for having the Recovery Mobile Clinic on-site.

Why Corporate Care Matters in Today’s Workforce

Investing in Workforce Health

Substance use disorder affects nearly one in ten full-time workers each year, and most individuals struggling with addiction are actively employed.

When left unaddressed, substance use disorder impacts far more than the individual employee — it affects safety, morale, productivity, and the employer’s bottom line.

Employers frequently experience:

Increased absenteeism and inconsistent performance.

Higher turnover and recruitment costs

Greater risk of workplace accidents and workers’ compensation claims

Reduced morale among coworkers covering shifts or correcting errors

Corporate Care with Recovery Mobile Clinic offers employers a proactive, compliant way to address these challenges while supporting accountability and recovery.

The Financial Impact of Substance Use on Employers

Employees with untreated substance use disorder cost employers thousands of dollars annually through lost productivity, higher healthcare utilization, and increased turnover.

Employees in recovery often meet or exceed performance expectations and miss fewer days of work than peers.

By supporting recovery, employers can reduce these ongoing costs and stabilize their workforce.

Per-Employee Cost Burden

Employees with substance use disorder cost employers an estimated $8,800 per year per affected worker

Elevated Healthcare Expenses

Workers with substance misuse often incur up to 300% higher medical costs

Substance-Related Turnover Costs

Turnover related to substance use increases recruitment and training costs, often reaching 30–50% of an employee’s annual salary

A Recovery-Friendly Approach for Commercial Workplaces

Corporate Care with Recovery Mobile Clinic promotes a recovery-friendly workplace that balances compassion with accountability.

This approach allows employers to:

  • Maintain workplace safety and operational standards
  • Hold employees accountable to job expectations
  • Reduce disruption caused by absences or performance issues
  • Support long-term recovery rather than repeated turnover

Recovery-friendly workplaces consistently experience improved morale, stronger retention, and safer operations.
